Gynaecology

The LUCC gynecological cancer network encompasses all researchers with an interest in gynecological cancer, including ovarian, cervical and endometrial cancer. The network activities aim to bring together researchers from all disciplines, to promote collaboration and exchange of ideas and methodological knowledge.

Research within the network spans the whole spectrum of cancer research, from basic and translational research to epidemiological studies and clinical trials. Ongoing  research projects include studies on genomics and genetics, tumor and cell biology, virology, diagnostic, prognostic and predictive biomarkers, histopathology and the tumor immune microenvironment, treatment response and resistance.

The LUCC gynecological cancer network organizes regular meetings and seminars. These are advertised in the LUCC calendar and are open to all interested cancer researchers within LUCC.

The LUCC gynecological cancer network aims to promote and support a new generation of cancer researchers dedicated to gynecological cancer research.

To learn more or join the network, please contact the network leaders Ingrid or Susanne.
